What we collect

Newcastle Daycare Directory is a static directory site. We collect information in two ways:

• Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics 4 records aggregate, anonymised usage data (pages viewed, country, device type). IP addresses are anonymised. We do not combine analytics data with any personal identifier.
• Newsletter signups. If you choose to subscribe, your email address is sent to our newsletter provider (Beehiiv) and used only to deliver the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share email addresses with third parties.
• We don't run advertising networks or behavioural retargeting on this site.
• We don't store any data about the daycare services beyond what is published on this site, which is sourced from publicly available information.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies set by Google Analytics if it is enabled. You can disable these by using your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker without affecting site functionality.

Listing corrections and removals

If you operate a daycare service listed in this directory and would like a correction or removal, please contact us. We aim to respond within five business days.
